A deposit holds your appointment and is deducted from the price of your treatment.

Please put your full name in the payment note, so we can match it to your booking.

Your appointment is confirmed once we have received the deposit.

If you need to cancel

• Cancel 21 working days or more before your appointment — the deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before — the deposit moves to your new appointment.
• Cancel later than 24 hours before, or miss the appointment — the deposit is not returned.
