Ivy Infusion & Wellness is a nurse-led wellness clinic in McHenry, Illinois, offering IV infusion therapy, vitamin injections and medical weight management.

Every treatment starts with a conversation. Before recommending anything, our licensed nurse looks at your overall health, lifestyle and wellness goals, and reviews your nutrition, hydration and any symptoms that may point to a deficiency — so what you receive is based on what your body actually needs.

For medical weight management we use FDA-approved injectable therapies such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, with individual dosing and ongoing monitoring. A first visit always begins with a medical consultation.

If coming to us is difficult, we can come to you — IV therapy is also available at home. We see patients by appointment only.
